The Wildomar Community Council (WCC) is a 501(c)3 Corporation.
The general purpose of the Wildomar Community Council is to "Support the citizens of the newly
incorporated city by providing public services and assistance considered essential to achieve a
higher quality of life for the underserved members of the community with respect and dignity for all."

Home Depots' Framing Hope Program

Wildomar Community Council is committed to helping Rebuild, Revitalize and Renovate the community. Through a partnership we will be receiving products that will be used to directly improve households of those who do not have the means monetarily to make repairs, improvements and enhance their quality of living.

“Happy Homes R³” is a program that has been developed specifically for home repairs and improvements for the elderly, disabled and disadvantaged. Materials and product can also provide support to housing/homelessness, youth/senior housing, civic/cultural issues, community re-building, revitalization, renovation or other similar projects throughout the community.
